For a moment of relaxation, put your trust in Stéphanie, an expert in Abhyanga massage, who will take you on a voyage of discovery.
Several services are available:
- Abhyanga massage (1h15 and 1h30): body, face and scalp massage performed with warm oil for a real moment of letting go and reharmonizing energies.
- Pinda sveda massage (1h30): Puffs are prepared with ayurvedic medicinal plants, aimed at reducing inflammatory, joint and muscle problems.
- Soin des déesses (1h45): a combination of Abhyanga massage and a Mukha Abhyanga facial. For a real moment of relaxation and harmony from head to toe, I've created this treatment combining massage.
With its many benefits, you'll leave feeling soothed, relaxed and at 100% of your best. This massage makes the perfect gift to offer a loved one to celebrate an occasion.

I've been to various institutes in France and abroad... But if I can recommend one, it's Stéphanie's: my best massage ever! I opted for the Abhyanga massage and it was incredible... Sensations, deep relaxation... I feel relaxed, disconnected. Stephanie is very professional, passionate and has magical hands. The place is soothing and rejuvenating. Thank you so much! I'll keep your contact details with me whenever I'm in Bordeaux.
