Tour description :

• Visit the winery: from the pressing hall to the stainless steel vats, via the historic cellar with its wooden tuns.
• Discover the fermentation and vinification processes, explained and commented on along the way.
• Tasting of 5 grape varieties in the cellar, accompanied by a traditional local delicacy: Bretzel, Kougelhopf or an assortment of sliced Mauricettes and Vosgiennes (depending on the number of participants).
• Discover the full extent and richness of Alsace's terroir through its wines and crémants.
