• Walking tour of the vineyard (1h30): stroll among vines, streams and almond trees, with discussions on the estate's cultivation practices. Enjoy exceptional views from the Grand Cru Mandelberg over the Alsace plain, the Vosges mountains and the medieval towns of Riquewihr and Zellenberg.
• Visit the winery: between tuns, barrels and stainless steel vats, discover the winegrower's craft and the winemaking process.
• Unique sensory activity: in the depths of the cellar, awaken your senses through two workshops - an olfactory workshop to identify wine aromas, and a gustatory workshop to detect the 4 primary flavors through the tasting of flavored waters.
• Tasting of 3 original food and wine pairings with artisanal products: salmon rillettes with dill and Riesling, venison terrine with hazelnuts and Pinot Gris, goat's cheese spread with fig and Gewurztraminer.
