Discover an authentic Alsatian wine estate through a unique sensory experience, combining a visit to the winery, sensory workshops and original food and wine pairings!

Tour description :

• Cellar tour: from tuns and barrels to stainless steel vats, chat with the winemaker about his craft and the winemaking process.
• Olfactory workshop: identify wine aromas using only your sense of smell. Can you recognize the everyday scents hidden in wine?
• Taste workshop: tasting flavored waters to locate the taste buds and detect the 4 primary flavors - sweet, salty, acidity and bitterness.
• Tasting of 3 original food and wine pairings with artisanal products: salmon rillettes with dill and Riesling, venison terrine with hazelnuts and Pinot Gris, goat's cheese spread with fig and Gewurztraminer.
