Activity description :

Turn your child into a real cook in a pastry workshop specially adapted for kids aged 8 to 15. During this workshop, your children will learn the basic techniques of pastry-making and will be able to use professional equipment.
Course of the pastry workshop (2h) :
- Explanation of the recipe to the children.
- Accompaniment in the realization of the recipe with pedagogy and patience.
- Themes change with each class: cookies, decorated shortbread, fun cakes, choux pastry, tarts, etc.
- Each child takes home his or her own pastries, along with the recipe cards to make them again at home.
