Learn the art of pastry-making from the best by booking the "Secrets of the Pastry Chef" workshop offered by Galeries Lafayette. At their famous location at 35 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, you’ll spend two hours crafting your creation from start to finish.

Course itinerary (2 hours):

• You’ll be welcomed by your chef for introductions and a tour of the kitchen where you’ll have the chance to take your class.
• You will then head to the stove and follow your chef’s guidance to prepare your pastry.
• You’ll complete the various preparation steps in a friendly group of no more than 6 people and benefit from close interaction with your chef.
• You’ll discover many tips you can use in your daily baking to ensure your sweet treats are always irresistible.
• Finally, you’ll take your creation home to enjoy with your family or loved ones!

  Friday: Vanilla flan with hazelnut praline topping
• From November 18 through December 30:
  Wednesdays and Saturdays: Chocolate Yule log with notes of coffee and orange
  Friday: Exotic Yule log, coconut, mango, and passion fruit
