Discover the art of mixology at this workshop, where you'll have the chance to make cocktails with or without alcohol. Whether you're a novice or an enthusiast, the workshops are designed to teach you the technical gestures and secrets behind each glass.

Workshop schedule (2h-3h) :

• Choice of a selection of cocktails to make before the workshop
• Welcome of participants and presentation of cocktail culture and history
• Creation of the first classic cocktail under the guidance of Loïc and his team, followed by a tasting break.
• Preparation of the second cocktail, guided step by step by Loïc
• Tasting of cocktails and discussion over aperitif cookies

Several formulas are available:

• Le Mix (Classic): Discover the history of cocktails and make two great classics as well as a personalized creation.
• Spirits (Gin, Rum, Whisky or Tequila): Explore a spirit through a comparative tasting, then prepare two cocktails featuring it.
• The Art of the Mocktail (non-alcoholic): Learn how to create tasty alcohol-free cocktails using infusion, maceration and fermentation techniques.
• Expert Mixologie: Learn advanced techniques, such as homemade syrups, cordials and fat-washing, to create more elaborate cocktails.
