You love coffee, but do you know how it's made? Join us for a 3-hour workshop to learn how to select a good coffee, then roast it to bring out all its aromas.

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Understanding the coffee industry.
• Tasting of great vintages.
• Roasting a grand cru on a professional machine: getting to grips with it and using it.
• You'll leave with a 250g bag of coffee you've roasted yourself!
