Enjoy a unique experience at the heart of the world of cognac, accompanied by Élodie, who will welcome you to an exceptional estate. In the authentic and elegant setting of a barrel cellar, create your own cognac blend. More than just a tasting, this is a true immersion in local craftsmanship, combining discovery, sharing, and creativity.

Workshop itinerary:

• Welcome in a barrel cellar
• Tasting of the estate’s products: Pineau, liqueur, and AOC cognac, to discover the full richness of local expertise
• Olfactory exploration of six cognacs and discovery of their various aromatic characteristics
• Create your own blend: select at least three cognacs, conduct several trials using pipettes, and gradually refine the recipe to suit your taste
• Bottling your creation using a test tube, followed by customizing your label

At the end of the workshop, take home your own 50 cl bottle of cognac, blended and personalized by you. An authentic and convivial experience, ideal for discovering the secrets of cognac, sharing a special moment centered on Charente’s expertise, or enjoying a unique experience with friends or family.
