Very warm welcome. Clear explanation of what cryotherapy is. The 3 minutes in the tank pulsing refrigerated gaseous air passed quickly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The benefits in the afternoon manifested themselves in a good nap and a relaxed body. I'll be repeating the session in two months' time. My budget won't allow for more.
