Short but interesting experience. To be discovered, I think. Friendly and passionate director. Well then, to really identify the benefits on the body is a bit difficult without a thorough knowledge of one's body and a qualitative sports approach (recovery or anticipation).

Very warm welcome. Clear explanation of what cryotherapy is. The 3 minutes in the tank pulsing refrigerated gaseous air passed quickly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The benefits in the afternoon manifested themselves in a good nap and a relaxed body. I'll be repeating the session in two months' time. My budget won't allow for more.
