Have you heard of fluffy pancakes? It’s a hybrid treat from Japan— a delightful cross between a soufflé and a pancake. Fluffy pancakes are as light as a cloud and best enjoyed right after they’re cooked.
Course Outline (1 hour):
- Welcome and explanation of the recipe.
- You’ll learn how to make your fluffy pancake batter after watching a demonstration.
- Next, you’ll cook your fluffy pancakes, and then it’ll be time to add the toppings and enjoy them!
- Japanese tea will be served during the tasting; allow about 1 hour for this fluffy workshop.
