With the help of a pastry chef, you'll make pavlova, lemon meringue pie and meringuettes. Join us in the 11th arrondissement for a 3-hour workshop!

Course (3h):

  • Preparation of pavlova, lemon meringue pie and meringuettes.
  • You'll learn all the techniques for making French, Swiss and Italian meringues, as well as creams and assemblies.
  • During breaks in the cooking process, you can put down your aprons for a few moments to learn more about the cultural dimension of the culinary arts, led by our cultural mediator.
  • Each participant leaves with 3 unique creations.

Great time sharing with my 2 daughters aged 10 and 14 (Father's Day present). Pastry chef Morgane and organizer Evelyne were very thoughtful and introduced us to the art of French and Italian meringue. We spent 3 hours practicing the assembly of our eggs, making lemon curd, macaronning, poaching and finally tasting our Pavlova and lemon meringue tarts. The experience was rich in discoveries about the art of this gastronomy and its history. We'd definitely do it again, and not just for gastronomic reasons! Strawberry on Pavlova: you taste in session and leave with your creations!

Great workshop with Evelyne and Morgann. We had a great time. Explanations and hands-on practice enabled us to learn all the secrets of meringue. Lemon meringue and pavlova were on the menu for us, and the result was just too good.
