Head Spa in Enghien-les-Bains (95)

I was curious to discover the Head Spa in Enghien, as the service promised a real moment of relaxation with a scalp massage and sensory experience. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed, as it wasn't quite what was advertised. The experience was more like a classic shampoo treatment, with rinsing and product application, a bit like a hairdresser's, without any real massage or moment of relaxation. The practitioner was nevertheless very friendly and gentle, which made the moment pleasant, but I was expecting a more complete and immersive experience, especially given the price. In short, a decent service, but one that doesn't really reflect my idea of a Head Spa.

I'm giving it 1 star because you can't go any lower. Horrible experience. It completely ruined my hair: I left with knots in my hair, the most I've ever had in my life. This is definitely not a head spa as advertised. It's just a simple shampoo and ice water treatment. And all that for 100 €, it's really nonsense. Very disappointed, service not at all what was promised. To be avoided, I absolutely do not recommend and I strongly advise against going there.

I'd like to get back to you about the head spa we did yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the outset, the set-up was uncomfortable and not at all what you advertised. The equipment used did not seem suitable, and the treatment was particularly unpleasant. I left with a severe headache, numerous tangles in my hair and the impression that half my hair had been ripped out. What was supposed to be a moment of relaxation turned into a real source of stress, and I find it really regrettable that a treatment presented as relaxing can cause such discomfort. In view of the situation and the difference between the advertised service and the one actually provided, I would like to request a refund for the treatment.
