Activity description :

Climb to the roof of the Opéra Bastille to discover the secrets of hops! This climbing plant covers the walls of the building, providingshade and coolness in summer, then disappearing as winter sets in. An essential ingredient in beer-making and naturally present in our forests, hops are perfectly suited to the city!

Workshop (1h30) :

Welcome by Mathilde and Arnaud, who will explain the workshop.
Discover the secrets of hop growing, its benefits and uses.
Discuss farming with Arnaud & Mathilde, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Each participant will leave with a cutting to plant at home or a bag of the precious flower! Depending on the season.
