Ready for your child to pull out his Eye of the Tiger for a trial boxing session? Suitable for beginner children, thisone-hour introductory course will give your child the chance to discover this wonderful sport without opposition or blows.

Class objectives:

Defuse conflict.
Improve motor skills and concentration.
Gain self-confidence and develop reflexes.

Boxing also develops flexibility, cardiovascular and respiratory capacities, promotes harmonious growth of the body and bones, builds self-esteem and preserves a healthy weight. The sport is also a way of learning how to live in society, by instilling respect for others and rules.

Introductory courses are held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please choose the date of your choice from the calendar.
Boxing gloves are not provided.
The introductory course is suitable for all; the instructor will adapt to the level of each child.
Please bring sportswear, closed-toe shoes and a bottle of water.
