- Welcome and explanation of the workshop by Stéphanie.
- Creation of a black forest from A to Z: cocoa sponge cake, creams, poaching, assembly and chocolate circles.
- Throughout the workshop, Stéphanie will give you tips on how to make the best recipes.
- Each participant leaves with his or her own creation.
