- Production of a Saint-Honoré from A to Z: shortcrust pastry, choux pastry, poaching, baking, vanilla Chiboust cream, caramel.
- Throughout the workshop, Stéphanie will give you tips on how to make the best recipes.
- Each participant leaves with a creation for 6 people.

Superb workshop with a great atmosphere. I recommend it to all pastry lovers. The only downside was that I had a hard time finding the address, which turned out not to be the right one. Too bad I arrived half an hour late 😏
