A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and a passionate pastry chef, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop to create the three timeless classics found in all our pastries.

During this workshop, you'll learn to master the basics of French pastry-making, including puff pastry, crème pâtissière and choux pastry.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Briefing on the program of your workshop and the different steps you will carry out
• Production of 3 recipes:
  • Crispy mille feuille
  • Creamy vanilla custard flan
  • Chocolate eclair
• You'll leave with your creations to enjoy at home.
