Immerse yourself in the heart of old Lyon in a warm and welcoming cooking workshop, where you'll learn how to prepare a locavore and seasonal meal, in direct contact with local producers. This committed, gourmet culinary experience invites you to rediscover the pleasure of cooking with fresh, quality produce, while understanding the importance of eating locally. Alongside Fanny, a passionate cook and cheesemaker, you'll explore a cuisine that respects the seasons, theenvironment and the terroir.

Workshop schedule (3h30):

• You'll create a complete locavore menu, based entirely on available seasonal produce.
• You'll meet small-scale producers and pick up your ingredients directly from the Marché Saint-Antoine, located opposite the workshop.
• You'll discover why choosing to eat local means choosing quality ingredients, respecting the environment and supporting local producers.
• Together, you'll cook a menu that varies with the seasons, which you'll enjoy on site, accompanied by carefully selected local wines.
