Workshop schedule (3h30):

• You'll learn how to make your own brioche dough by understanding the basics and technical gestures.
• You'll discover the importance of each step: choosing the right ingredients, the right resting times and the right temperatures for a successful dough.
• Depending on the season, you'll make different recipes: brioche des rois, chocolate babka, cinnamon rolls or a brioche with Lyon pralines.
• You'll leave with your own homemade creations, ready to enjoy or share.
