During an immersive 2-hour workshop , discover the basics of well-being massage alongside an experienced professional. You'll learn how to place your hands correctly, adopt the right postures and master simple, effective gestures for a truly relaxing experience.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Work in pairs with alternating roles: giver and receiver.
• Sensory exploration, listening to your own body and that of your partner.
• A time to reconnect, release tension and anchor yourself in the moment.
• You'll be given a teaching aid so you can easily find the movements you'll be learning.

At the end of this initiation, you'll leave with the essential basics to offer those around you a caring, enveloping and deeply relaxing massage.
