Reconnect with the essentials during an artisan bakery workshop with Fabien, in the heart of an old mill. For 3 hours, enjoy an immersive experience combining tradition, know-how and conviviality, as you work with ancient organic wheat varieties and authentic flavors.

Workshop schedule (3h):

• Welcome and introduction: discover the location, ingredients and basics of artisan baking.
• Presentation of equipment: exploration of the mill's machinery and tools.
• Dough preparation: mixing ingredients and learning the first steps of production.
• Kneading and shaping: work the dough by hand and make your own loaves using traditional techniques.
• Personalized guidance: advice throughout the workshop to help you understand and master the key steps.

You'll leave with two large loaves of bread ready to bake at home, as well as technical sheets to extend the experience and reproduce the know-how at home.
