One-day pottery initiation in Paris 20th arrondissement

Aurore welcomes you just a stone's throw from Nation in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, for an introduction to modelling and throwing! Plunge your hands into clay for a few hours to create unique pieces!

Course of the workshop (6h) :

• Discover the modelling and throwing process for ceramic pieces, as well as the firing stages.

Schedule for the day :

• 10:30-13:30 bowl/cup throwing
• 1:30 pm-2:30 pm lunch break: you can have lunch on site (meal not included) or eat outside.
• 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm modelling/shaping and decorating plates, bowls and cups according to your wishes (adding handles, painting etc.).
• Aurore will take care of firing and glazing your pieces (5 pieces (8 cm x 10 cm or comparable dimensions) which you will collect a few weeks later.
