Discover Japanese cuisine with Sakura. In the heart of Paris's 6th arrondissement, learn how to make your own organic ramen and onigiri. Sakura, chef, tea sommelier and cider producer, will accompany you step by step throughout the workshop.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• A friendly welcome with a tasting of welcome tea, to begin this moment of sharing.
• Preparation of ramen broth and ingredients, then discovery of the various components of the dish: chicken, vegetables (spinach, leeks), seaweed, miso, soy sauce, sesame, sesame oil and egg.
• Creation of 3 to 4 rice and seaweed onigiri , to be garnished as desired (salmon, tuna or vegetarian options)
• Cook ramen noodles and assemble your own bowl with broth and prepared ingredients
• Taste on site and take home the rest of your creations
