Ignacio wanted to promote workshops in refined pastry-making, largely inspired by French tradition, in a vegan version. Open to all, this workshop is aimed both at people who have stopped eating animal products for ethical reasons or because of food intolerances, and at those who want to discover that it's possible to enjoy delicious plant-based pastries!

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• Presentation of ingredients and workshop schedule
• Recipe preparation: entremets, Fantastik Christophe style, russe praliné, tarte aux 3 citrons, etc.
  The recipe varies according to the date chosen (see practical info).
• You'll leave proudly with your own cake!
