Sophie invites you to plunge into the delicate world of macaroons! A gourmet and convivial workshop, where you'll learn to master every stage of this emblematic pastry!

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

• Preparing the shells and learning the "macaronage" technique
• Production of ganaches (2 ganaches per workshop)
• After baking, fill and assemble the macaroons.
• Each participant takes home a dozen macaroons to enjoy at home, along with the recipe.

This workshop will leave you with homemade macaroons and a new pastry expertise that you can share and enjoy to your heart's content!
