Would you like to organize a fun activity for Halloween? Ferme de Gally in Saint-Denis welcomes you to the Pumpkin Festival from October 24 to 31, 2025. Open to children aged 3 to 99.
You can cancel free of charge up to 48h before the date of the activity.

- 🎃 Pumpkin Workshop
Pumpkin decorating workshop (pumpkin provided):
You choose your pumpkin and, using our templates, draw the face. The instructor cuts off the top, then lets you work on your own to scoop out the insides with a spoon and remove the seeds.
Once the inside is clean, the instructor will come to carve the face: cutting out the eyes, nose, and mouth...
You’ll take your pumpkin home in a bag, along with a candle to light it up at home—and get a little spooky!
💡 The workshop takes place indoors and is led by our Gally activity leaders.

Immerse yourself in the Jack-o’-Lantern atmosphere with a storytime led by our team. Sessions at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. - 🐐 Farm Tour and Meet the Animals
After the workshop, come meet our animals: dwarf goats, sheep, a horse, a donkey, Vietnamese pigs, rabbits, chickens, Indian runner ducks, a turkey, and guinea fowl.
The farm tour is included with your ticket and is valid all day.

There are problems with your technique. You need to scrape the pumpkin to remove all traces of slime, inside and out. Moisture will cause it to rot quickly. When you cut, you need to cut at an angle to widen the opening inside, for two reasons: firstly, so you can push the piece in, and secondly, to let the light through. These are the appropriate tools. A fun activity that my 3-year-old daughter really enjoyed. The children are very happy to visit the farm with its animals. An added bonus: fresh fruit and vegetables can be purchased on site at a very reasonable price. What's more, the team is very welcoming - I can't recommend it enough!

The pumpkin workshop was a good idea and my children were delighted to take part. On the other hand, my daughter was very disappointed to have missed her pumpkin, and no gesture was offered to make up for it. It's a shame, especially after buying four pumpkins at €12 each. A little attention would have made the experience more positive.

Big disappointment! I went with my little girls last year it was great with the story of the pumpkin it was well organized staff very nice, this year new staff (we have regulars) exceeded poorly organized children and parents do everything alone! 1st time disappointed with the farm, thank you for reviewing all this, it's a shame

Know before you go

- Children are the responsibility of their accompanying adults.
- Accompanying adults without a “pumpkin carver” ticket will not be able to take their own pumpkin home.
- You must print your admission ticket or present it on your smartphone.
- The farm tour is free for children under 3 years of age.
- Please do not feed the animals for their well-being.
- Dogs are not allowed on the farm, with the exception of service dogs.
