I am SCANDALIZED by the attitude of the person in charge, who behaved in an extremely scandalous manner. In addition to his inappropriate language, he refused to refund us 170 euros out of the 340 (for two drivers and two passengers). My 30-year-old son, who had his papers stolen, had a valid document from the prefecture, and we explained to him that it was formally accepted everywhere as an official document. He refused to let him drive the quad, and didn't agree to reimburse us in this case either, even though we were within our rights, not to mention his inappropriate way of addressing us. I don't want to leave it at that. I'd like to know what I can do to get my 170 euros back.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating, as we missed our scheduled time and offered to wait for us despite our faulty situation. We'll be referring you next year for this fabulous tour of brand-new quad bikes and motorized machines maintained with passion.

Know before you go
- Driver's license is required. It must be presented.
- 110cm and 6 years minimum for passengers.
- A deposit of 800 euros per quad is required.
- Arrive 30 minutes before the indicated time.
- Full-day quad tours run from 9am to 5pm. Half-day tours run from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
- For safety reasons, weight over 145 kg is prohibited.
- To organize an outing, a minimum of two quads is required. The reservation of a single quad can be accepted provided it is attached to a group of participants.
