Experience a thrilling and challenging rafting adventure in Foix. After an initial gentler section, you can experiment with different boats to vary the pleasures and take full advantage of the white water.

This activity begins with a 3 km discovery run on the Ariège, between the Ferrières hydroelectric plant and the Foix whitewater stadium. You'll then spend almost an hour at the whitewater stadium, where you'll have the chance to navigate several boats, including inflatable canoes and mini-raft. Each run offers different sensations and the opportunity to discover new whitewater navigation techniques.

Your guide

You'll be supervised by a state-qualified instructor, who will guide you through the activity and explain how to make the most of the rapids while staying safe on each boat.

How does it work?

When you arrive at the base, your guide will provide you with all the necessary equipment (neoprene jacket, pants and boots, lifejacket and helmet) and explain the safety instructions. You'll start with a 3 km discovery run, followed by almost an hour of whitewater stadium experiences on a variety of boats, for a thrill-packed, adrenalin-filled experience.
