Looking for a unique experience when you're in Arcachon? Take a cruise aboard a sailboat and learn the basic rules of navigation at the same time. Thierry, your professional skipper, will accompany you for the day and teach you the basics of sailing.

The course - Immersion in the Bay of Arcachon

Duration: 7 hours

Throughout the day, you'll discover the surrounding landscapes: Cap Ferret, the Dune du Pilat, the Ile aux oiseaux in the middle of the Bay, the picturesque oyster-fishing villages of L'Herbe and Le Canon. This outing on a sailboat will also be an opportunity for you to learn the basic rules of navigation: tacking, sail trim, course keeping, etc.

The White Pearl

You'll board the White Pearl, an elegant 13-meter-long cruising sailboat, model X43 from X-Yachts. These comfortable, powerful boats are renowned for their speed on the water. Thanks to their top-of-the-range fittings, they can handle light airs as well as strong winds. Ideal for sunbathing!
