No access to the pool, which we were not informed.

Apart from the jacuzzi, the rest was not so great. We found a couple who were not very quiet, the hammam no essential oils, and the welcome left much to be desired.

Disappointing experience. Sauna in the dark, the cleanliness of some equipment left much to be desired. Only the jacuzzi remains pleasant. Will not return.

Not great, quite disappointed with the service and staff. We had come to spend a moment for two and the jacuzzi was not in working order but no gesture was made by the staff ... In addition, the hammam, spa are quite small and that day there were a lot of people. For a quiet moment, I wouldn't recommend it. Lack of music too. What's more, a relaxation area is available with only water... Coffee or tea would be great!

Frankly, when you're a student, it's worth it, it's cheap and very nice, it's a real pleasure as a gift. However, for us, the Hammam wasn't even on because "the man who has to turn it on at 2pm must have forgotten", so there was only a sauna + a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool, which was a little busy at the beginning with a course, but quickly emptied. The Jacuzzi is really nice, but as there are often several of us in the same time slot, we're never alone and have to share the Jacuzzi. But that wasn't a problem: with 2 couples there's plenty of space and with the noise of the whirlpools you can't hear the other conversation, with 3 couples it's a bit tighter but still decent. Very disappointed for the Hammam. The changing room was really top-notch, modern, hair dryer, make-up remover, cotton buds etc. For the price it's decent.

Nice place but it's a shame not to be able to use the swimming pool Because of the courses, the spa is not very quiet and the relaxation room lacks soft music and warmth.

A rather disappointing experience. Padlock given on arrival didn't work for lockers (so I had to leave my locker open as I couldn't go back to reception having already put on my bathing suit!!), no towels provided. Access only to hammam, sauna and jacuzzi. No access to the pool due to swimming lessons for children. However, you can't stay more than 15/20 min in the sauna, hammam or jacuzzi! Not much relaxation and peace and quiet either, as I had booked at the same time as a group of women celebrating a hen party, so they occupied the jacuzzi for quite a while, and they were noisy.

The sauna was not accessible, and there was no possibility of adding water to the hammam, which did not do its job with humidity. Basic equipment

Nice spa, but the men's changing rooms weren't quite right, and we didn't have access to the pool. I would have preferred to have had access to the spa at the Hotel des tresom, which is a partner of this one, as it is more qualitative. But it wasn't possible. It was a pleasant moment all the same.
