SPA & massage duo on the shores of Lake Annecy (74)

We spent 2 hours at the spa and were very disappointed! On our reservation it was indicated that we were only going to have a massage. We didn't get a massage. Access to the changing room and jacuzzi pool is not clean at all. The changing rooms smelled of urine. The reception area also needs to be improved.

If you want to go to a bad spa, you've found it - bad staff, bad infrastructure, bad everything.

For me, it's a balneo area around a covered pool used only for classes. A Jacuzzi, a hammam and a sauna along a busy road don't make a spa. Likewise, twenty people at a time in such a small facility is far too many! As for the massage service, it's a scam. It's actually a hydromassage bed. We're left alone on a waterbed with a vague jet that runs up and down your body for 1/2 hour. The whole thing is accompanied by headphones that play elevator music and a light system that's hard on the eyes. In short, avoid!

The sauna doesn't work, the Jacuzzi isn't very big. For a moment of relaxation, attend a children's swimming lesson... But the hydro-jet massage was a good experience! It's a pity once again that for a duo package, you can't do it together.

On arrival, we were informed that the jacuzzi was out of order. Please note that despite the duo offer, the massage by the machine is done separately. So one of the 2 waits 30 min each time for the other to be massaged. A bit of a shame for a 2-person getaway. As for the rest of the spa, the environment is sad and uncoocooning, there's no zen music, it's cold and the magnificent glass roof overlooks a busy country road: there's nothing better to relax in. In the relaxation area, water is the only beverage on offer, whereas there's usually at least tea or herbal teas. The hammam and sauna are fine, but they're next to a pool where sports classes are held and to which you have no access. It's also worth noting that in the men's changing room, 1 toilet out of 2 is open, and one of the showers doesn't even have a shower head any more. The massage machine is nice and it's the only thing that saved our escapade with the friendly staff. In short, very disappointing for the price.

Very hospitable staff, very warm welcome, unfortunately we find the jaccuzi a little small, and it might be missing access to the pool.

Very nice place and friendly staff. However, the configuration of the space means that you have to walk past the pool (and disturb the classes taking place there at the same time) without being allowed to set foot in it. And it's impossible to relax completely, because whether you're in the hydrojet, sauna or jacuzzi, you can hear the music and encouragement of the sports teachers next door.

Considering the price paid, the service offered is inadequate; access to the pool would be a plus. Friendly staff

Mixed experience, we were very well received, the staff were very nice. The spa is not very large for the number of people present. Out of 2 h of spa, we had 30 mins of massage each, so we had less than an hour left to enjoy the spa together, but a group of about ten girls arrived, who made a lot of noise, invading the jacuzzi, so we shortened our experience. As for the massage, it was a great experience, although my partner was treated to music, I wasn't, so it was a bit long for me.

Well received, the water jet massage was very pleasant and relaxing. However, access to the jaccuzi was impossible, which was very disappointing for a duo massage.

A little disappointed the massage is not performed by one person but by hydrajet (poorly explained at the time of booking and was not performed in duo ...) The pool was also closed ... Very welcoming staff
