Children aged 12 and over (minimum 1m40).
Equipment included: helmet, harness, via-ferrata lanyards.
Don't forget: suitable sportswear, good sports or hiking shoes, backpack with water bottle or filled water bag (1.5 L recommended), snacks, DIY gloves, mountain bike gloves or equivalent for comfort on the rungs (optional).
