Come and celebrate the return of spring in all its forms on March 22 and 23, 2025 for the first edition of the Spring Festival organized at the Ferme Ouverte in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole! A day full of fun, gourmet and creative activities for young and old alike.

Continuous spring workshops: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Twenty-minute sessions

Gardening: make a market gardening box, create a semi of melliferous plants, and repot vegetable plants.

Fat ball : make a bird feeder using pine cones and seeds.
Wool frame: make original frames decorated with motifs inspired by the colors of spring.
Seed bread: discover the recipe and baking process for this delicious bread.
Clay workshop: create a mini flower in clay.

Tastings: 10:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm

Bee workshop : learn all about bees and taste Gally honey.
Smoothie bike: take part in juice-making.
Thyme bar from our natural garden.

Continuous children's workshops, places limited.

Visit the farm and discover the animals.

Sheep, dwarf alpine goats known for their tenderness, 850-kilo Andalusian mare and Vanille & Chocolat our ponies who accompany Andalusian in the summer meadows. You can also discover rabbits, donkeys & pigs in the Educational Farm.

Gourmet snacks (for sale on site): crêpes, fresh or hot apple juice with cinnamon, herbal tea/hot chocolate/coffee/tea.

On-site catering available at "Café Gally" or "Crêperie Gally". Reservations essential.
A food truck will also be present (for sale on site).

Know before you go

The farm closes at 6.30pm.
Registration is not possible for specific workshops. Activities are continuous all day.
Animals are fed around 5:30pm.
Educational trails in the Bois de Gally.
Free admission for children under 3.
Please print out your admission ticket and present it on arrival. The "e-ticket" is not a ticket cutter.
At least one accompanying adult must be present for farm visits and events.
In the event of rain or cold, we take the animals inside.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents and supervisors.
For their well-being, please do not feed or carry the animals.
Dogs are not allowed on the farm, except for assistance dogs.
