How the Apple Juice Workshop works: For 45 minutes, children will learn how to create their own homemade apple juice. They'll learn the secrets of the press and the grugette. An adult must be present for the farm visit. For children aged 5 to 12.
The Butter Workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children can admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.

My granddaughter took part in this workshop and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside was that she was hoping to take home the apple juice she was going to make to show her parents and her brother and sister. I think it would be a good idea to increase the price of the workshop to give everyone a bottle of apple juice. As for the visit to the animals, we really enjoyed it, especially as there were lots of babies! Great experience, we'll be back for another workshop...
