How the Apple Juice Workshop works: For 45 minutes, children will learn how to create their own homemade apple juice. They'll learn the secrets of the press and the grugette. An adult must be present for the farm visit. For children aged 5 to 12.
The apple juice workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children can admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.

A fun, educational activity. An excellent host in his approach. The tone of his voice, the explanations on the evolution of the apple tree to obtain the apple, this famous flower found inside the apple... everything was retained by my children.
