Can you recognize birds? By taking part in a bird recognition workshop at our farm in Saint-Cyr-l'École, you'll learn to recognize the birds around you, the clues they leave behind, and the different beaks, legs, feathers, eggs, nests... of the birds of our region.

Ideal for children, discover the animal recognition workshop at the Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'École, Yvelines.

Workshop description: Chickadee, passerine, moorhen, magpie, gull, wagtail...

In winter, you'll make a bird feeder and receive an identity card at the end of your workshop.
In spring, you'll make a mold of a bird's footprint, and receive an identity card at the end of your workshop.

At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity. For children aged 5 to 12.

The bird workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children can admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.

Great afternoon and my two little girls really enjoyed the activity. A leader -Xavier I think- who listened to the children, was funny and explained things very well. The tour of the whole farm was perfect. On the other hand, waiting until 5:30 p.m. to see the goats grouped together is hardly "animal care". To be reviewed!

Workshops are limited to twenty children.
Workshop participants are expected on site 15 minutes before the start of the session. Please bring your reservation form with you.
Registration for the bird activity is reserved for children aged 5 to 12.
Children remain under the responsibility of their carers and parents, including during the activity.
Please do not feed or carry the animals, for their well-being.
A visit to Gally Farm is included in the price of the workshop.
In the event of rain or cold, we bring the animals in under cover.
