During this course at Ille-et-Villaine, you'll explore the Fougères forest. There, you'll discover a wealth of flora and fauna that'll give you plenty of thrills.

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by Michael, a connoisseur of the region and a professional guide. A former fireman, he will ensure your safety throughout the outing.

You'll learn how to

• Build a fire by friction
• Setting up a shelter
• Feeding yourself: water filtration, trapping...
• Finding your way: reading a map, finding your bearings and finding your way back.
• First aid in natural and remote environments.
