Your guide: you will be introduced to survival by Alexandre or a member of his team. He will give you the best possible advice and techniques.

You will learn :

• Making a fire: explanation and demonstration of the different ways to make a fire, finding wood, applying the techniques you've learned.
• Explanation and practice of how to find water.
• Briefing on edible and medicinal plants.
• Orientation with compass and GPS, map-reading demonstration.
• Learn the general rules and methods of survival.
