Looking for information, learning and discovering the oceans? Discover the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, dedicated to the sea and founded in 1889 by Prince Albert 1st, a great explorer of the oceans. Based on the Rock of Monaco with thousands of marine animals, the museum brings together a collection of rare objects linked to the sea. The museum aims to provide a link between scientific research into the oceans and the popularisation of the sea for the general public. A must-see in the region around Monaco!
