During this friendly , small-group workshop, you’ll make your flan from start to finish, with step-by-step guidance. No prior experience is necessary.

Workshop Schedule (2.5 hours):

You’ll make the following yourself:

• A sweet, crispy pastry crust
• A creamy, richly vanilla-flavored flan filling
• Assembling and shaping your flan
• Baking

While the flan is baking, we’ll take this opportunity to make some small shortbread cookies with the leftover dough, accompanied by a coffee break.

Finally, you ’ll remove your flan from the mold and wrap it up —then proudly take it home to enjoy!

You’ll leave with your creation and the recipes so you can make them again at home.
