• Introduction to the recipe, ingredients, and the various steps involved.
• Preparation of the craquelin to add a crispy texture to the choux pastries
• Preparing the choux pastry
• Piping the choux buns and chouquettes using a pastry bag
• Baking the choux pastries and chouquettes, with tips for achieving a nice rise and well-baked choux pastries that don’t deflate
• Making homemade whipped cream, then filling and decorating the choux pastries.

You’ll take home your creations along with the recipe so you can easily make them again at home.
