Discover the life of an oyster farmer and his 4-generation farm. Visit, hands-on workshop and tasting on the program!

Course of the experience (1h30):

• Tour of the farm to learn about work methods and the oyster farming cycle right through to marketing.
• Oyster-opening workshop to learn how to open oysters without hurting yourself. Each participant will open 3 oysters, then taste them with a glass of white wine (or soft) in a convivial atmosphere.
• At the end of the activity, you'll leave with your own knife.
