Workshop itinerary:

• Option 1 – Discovering the Major Tea Families: Explore white, green, oolong, black, and dark teas to understand why their colors, flavors, and aromas differ. Discover how processing methods influence their characteristics and learn to recognize their subtle nuances through several tastings.
• Option 2 – A Sensory Journey Through Teas of the World: set out to discover teas from Japan, South Korea, Malawi, Nepal, France, and Vietnam. Through a series of tastings, explore the unique characteristics of each origin, the local traditions, and the craftsmanship that shape the teas’ rich aromas.
