Come and enjoy a Hatha Flow yoga class with Elodie, a qualified yoga teacher from Bali's School of Sacred Art. Yoga classes are designed to help you rediscover harmony and improve your health.

Three formulas are available:

• Yoga Hatha Flow: this balanced yoga, slower than Vinyasa, will lead you through static movements and postures, while focusing on breathing and precision.
  • Every Wednesday from 27/09 to 08/11, from 7.30am to 8.30am in an air-conditioned room.
• Yin yoga: come and relax in a gentle yoga session with Elodie.
  • Every Wednesday from 5.45pm to 6.45pm.
• Vinyasa Flow: gentle, dynamic movements synchronized with breathing.
  • Every Wednesday from 7.15pm to 8.15pm.
