Cook in a pleasant, bright setting in a workshop located in the heart of Toulouse. For 2 hours, you'll create a complete 3-course menu (starter/main course/dessert) using fresh, quality, seasonal produce. You can then enjoy your creations at the workshop.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Welcome to the workshop to meet Didier, your chef.
• Presentation of the day's recipes and the ingredients you'll be using.
• You'll learn how to assemble a sauce, make a cold sabayon or use a mandolin, to name but a few.
• You'll then taste your dishes together at the workshop.
