Patisserie in a pleasant, bright setting in a workshop located in the heart of Toulouse. You'll learn how to make the great French pastry classics, as well as mignardises, petits gâteaux and many other gourmet pastries: macarons, tarts, mille feuilles...you'll have no more secrets!

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Welcome to the workshop to meet Didier, your chef.
• Presentation of the day's recipe and the ingredients you'll be using.
• You'll learn how to bake a dry caramel, make a sabayon or use a piping bag or siphon...
• At the end of the course, you leave with your own creations.
