A gourmet workshop to discover how to make authentic sushi with simple, accessible ingredients. In a friendly atmosphere, each participant learns to master the basic gestures and shaping techniques.

A culinary immersion that lets you explore the flavors of Japan... without leaving France!

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• Making different types of maki, temari Sushi: futomaki, hosomaki
• Learn how to prepare nigiri sushi (salmon, tuna, shrimp, omelette...) using market produce
• Inspiring presentation on Japan's regions, landscapes and culinary specialties

The workshop ends with a convivial tasting session, to enjoy the creations you've created together.
