Course of the activity (3h):

• Learning the basics: understanding the principles of fermentation, the role of different types of yeast, kneading, shaping and baking techniques.
• Production of several recipes: farmhouse bread, baguette, natural sourdough brioche...

Bakery masterclass on 30/11 at 3:30pm with Hugo Poite, elected best baker in France. On the program: sourdough country bread, hard sourdough and focaccia.

You'll leave with a better understanding of the steps involved in baking, and the desire to try new recipes!
