Pâtisserie in a pleasant, bright setting in a workshop right in the heart of Toulouse. You'll learn how to master choux pastry to make delicious desserts!

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Presentation of the day's recipe and the ingredients you'll be using.
• You'll learn the basic recipe for easy choux pastry, and how to use a piping bag to poach them. You'll also learn how to make pastry cream and mousseline fillings.
• At the end of the course, you'll leave with your own creations.
